Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte Southwest, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was very clean and the staff were courteous. It's located near a Walmart which is nice just in case you need something and some great restaurants like Blue Orchid. If you are driving to Charlotte or renting a car, a QT gas station is almost finished which will be convenient.

Everything! The breakfast was wonderful. Very helpful front desk. Clean and pristine rooms. Comfy beds. Room has big bottles of brand name hand wash, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

The location was great. The staff was good. I wish the breakfast was better and just a little more attention to detail when cleaning

There was a variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Staff kept area stocked with food. Sitting area was clean and spacious. Lobby area was spacious and appealing with a warm feeling.
