Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte Southwest by IHG

Very comfortable and excellent breakfast

The room was clean and even smelled fresh and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable after the long drive. They were very understanding and accommodating as we had called to inform them we would be arriving later than expected. So, communication between staff is awesome. The breakfast was excellent and well appointed, making it easy for us to get on to my writers' conference. I loved the room and it was very quiet, despite being near an airport. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were courteous. It's located near a Walmart which is nice just in case you need something and some great restaurants like Blue Orchid. If you are driving to Charlotte or renting a car, a QT gas station is almost finished which will be convenient.

Everything! The breakfast was wonderful. Very helpful front desk. Clean and pristine rooms. Comfy beds. Room has big bottles of brand name hand wash, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

You can tell the property was newer and cleaner, it smelled great when you walked in and it was spotless, very bright and welcoming.
